Crime in Baltimore is... is... Out of control??
Crime in Baltimore.
All of a sudden, it's out of control.
Who knew? Where did that come from?
What IS that? Crime. In Baltimore.
I must have been out of the room.
I must have missed it.
Maybe I was hiding behind the door. To have missed that.
Crime. In. Baltimore. Huh.
Do they have a police department in Baltimore?
What about a Chief of Police. They got one of those?
If they don't want one of those, they ought to get one.
Then they can tell him: "hey Chief, why don't you set up a police department? We've got a lot of crime for you to attend to. We got a freakin' all-you-can-eat buffet of crime, and you can just knock yourself out, fighting it. You can go wild, it's every Chief of Police's dream!"
Why don't they do that, in Baltimore?
Crime only got out of control when Trump was elected. (Though Trump would likely provide common sense support if asked nicely.)
