I don’t think she was alleged to be on his docket. He was not a judge then, but a DA (or assistant?) and he just saw the two of them and offered to sit with her while her mother went in to the hearing.

Never said she was on his docket. Said his docket is searchable AND the hearing is searchable.

You can't be in to places at the same time.

So mom left the daughter with a stranger, on a bench, outside. Makes no sense...they have benches INSIDE for this type of situation.

Also, looked at the courthouse...didn't see any outside benches...need a 1979 picture.
