The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
1) Many FReepers like the fact that he put the liberal Justin Trudeau in his place.
2) Many Freepers love the growing Bromance between Duterte and Trump.
Those are the two reasons I can think of.
I know some Filipinos, and they don’t have a problem with Duterte killing drug dealers. Think Mexican cartel members, then multiply the evil a few times, and you’ll have an idea of what Philippine drug dealers are like.

Because Trudeau is sad sack of shit with no more experience than a part time drama teacher, and his Canada will be far worse than the Philippines will ever be.
