'If You Can't Do This Then Get Out': Hannity Gives Roy Moore 24 Hours To Explain 'Inconsistencies'
Fox News ^ | November 14, 2017 | As seen on Hannity

Posted on 11/14/2017 7:38:48 PM PST by conservative98

Sean Hannity said that, in light of inconsistencies in his recollection of sexual misconduct allegations against him, Judge Roy Moore (R-Ala.) should be given 24 hours to fully explain the situations or bow out of his Senate race.

"You know I do not and will never rush to judgment, because we have seen the media and politicians get it wrong so many times," he said.

But, he said that in light of new information from an accuser of Moore's, the public should be troubled by a few things in the case.

Hannity said he had to ask Moore several times about whether he dated teenage girls as a man in his 30s, until the judge answered concisely.

Also, Hannity played tape of Moore saying an accuser who was flanked by attorney Gloria Allred made allegations about him that were "absolutely false," adding that he did not know the woman.

Hannity said a subsequent report showing the woman's old yearbook containing a note and signature from Moore appeared to corroborate the woman's allegation.

"For me, the judge has 24 hours. You must immediately and fully come up with a satisfactory explanation for your inconsistencies that I just showed," Hannity said.

"The American people deserve 100 percent truth and honesty."

He said Moore owes Alabamians and all Americans a full cogent explanation of the circumstances.

Moore currently faces Democrat Doug Jones in the December special election to replace now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

HANNIY REALLY STEPPED IN IT HERE!

Regardless of the outcome of any investigation, we need the investigation first, before a judgement!

“The Court of Public Opinion” especially, cannot possibly arrive at truth, when from the beginning, the strategy was to employ the media to specifically shape the exact same public opinion to believe what is NOT KNOWN!

Worse yet, even if Roy Moore were guilty, THE MOTIVE from the RINO/DNC Demons is not to arrive at a true conclusion, but rather to destroy conservatism.

They could care less about these women. Most of them have spent their lives constructing policy which destroys ALL moral boundaries AND the family, and promoting the most sickening immorality, all the way down to preschool aged children!

Morality is not what is being defended by the RNC/DNC Demon establishment!

Morality is their ENEMY!

Global socialism is one of their most treasured pet projects!

I am not passing judgement here. It was different back in the 70s. I had a girlfriend that dated a 30 year old man and married him after we graduated from high school. She met him when she was 16 years old and he had permission of her parents to date.

You wrote exactly what I intended to write. What stupid party leaders we have. Or do they simply not care what happens to us?

If Ginsburg leaves the Supreme Court and this Moore business results in a less than stellar replacement, I am going to be extremely unhappy. The Republicans can say anything they want, but Moore needs to be elected and, if necessary, replaced by the Republican governor of Alabama.

I hope the people of Alabama realize what is at stake and do the right thing.

“Leigh Corfman works for Joe Biden.”
No. That was one of the other accusers.

Hannity, I hate to break it to you, but Judge Moore cannot be exonerated in the “COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION”, when ALL mass media has already purposely acting to poison public opinion!

Again, Hannity, I hate to break it to you dude, but this is not justice, and the venomous poison injected into the “court of public opinion” IS NO COURT AT ALL!

This is FRENCH REVOLUTION type stuff being carried out by the mass media, both in shaping “public opinion”, and shaping a terminal outcome!

NO FACTS ALLOWED!

Yet it is being demanded from Roy Moore he fix this in the same mass media controlled “court of public opinion” which actually wants him in the ground, as I believe many on the left desire with conservatives in general.

Why aren’t you disappointed in Moore for making false and misleading statements?

Which false and misleading statements?

How do you prove that?

If you are going to make accusations, back it up with proof or shut up!

I am not proud of Hannity here. He has done a lot of good work and has been steadfast in his views. However, this is a good old fashioned bar fight, no holds barred. Your buddy is being beaten by a few others and you need to get in the game and take your hits. This as they say, is when the rubber meets the road, when it gets down and dirty, and when the tough get going. Sean has gone weak at a moment when he needs to demonstrate a little savagery of his own. It is a very sad moment to witness.

Even if you accept that half of the yearbook signature is false, the other half is real and got there somehow. Hannity is asking a fair question. Clear up the inconsistency.

The easiest clarification is that Moore signed many yearbooks when an ADA and doesn’t remember them all. He could ask all who have his signature in their yearbook to contact his office. Even if only a few respond it proves that point.

Everyone seems to keep saying that he is a creep for writing in a yearbook, but let’s be honest with each other. Who the F has a ‘Guy’ ‘Regular Patron’ stalker sign their yearbook? That is as weird as he actually signing it!

Perhaps a girl who had the book with her at work, was asked by patron if he could sign it, and the girl did not want to get stiffed on tips?

I say this as former 19-year old college student who worked in a 24-hour pancake house—sometimes I had to put up with some rather obnoxious patrons— a little too much teasing/ flirting crap.

The Hannity interview did him no favors, and that’s the truth.

I don’t know how Judge Roy Moore or his wife could have made this more clear.

I don’t know that Trump knew of these accusations. No one knew until they came out. Trump just knew that he’s obviously far to the right and has said things that are controversial whereas Strange is a bland, simple Republican who is more establishment but would have won with ease in Alabama. Things that would disqualify Moore in a swing state didn’t hurt him in Alabama, so it took these allegations to endanger his campaign. Trump was correct...but for the wrong reason. It is ironic in the sense that if Moore loses, I was commenting to my Mom that Trump will have been proven right again.

Both arguments are decent. The timing of the accusations is purely political. Anyone can see that.

But Moore’s horrible interview and some of the details in aggregate by the accusers also point to hm hiding SOMETHING and do hint to a man in his 30s seeking out teenaged love interests, even if legal.

It could all be a politically smear and it’s could also be, concomitantly, that the Judge is not as honorable or honest as we’d like. It is hard for Hannity and Bannon etc to be standing there praising and defending a guy who lied to their faces (if they both today found out he did, privately) about something as important as a sexual obsession with teen girls!!

FReepers sometimes think that guys cloaked in bible verses are always good. I wish the world was as pure as some FReepers think.

I liked Dennis Prager’s approach today: even if Moore is guilty those many years ago, we are in a war to save the republic from extermination at the hands of the left, so as long as Moore doesn’t still seek out teen girls, we want him to keep the seat. He would hardly be the most odious person in the senate.

At least Menendez is assumed to be innocent until proven otherwise, as it should be.

Too bad Roy Moore isn’t afforded that luxury.

I hope so, FRiend!!

First, our defense needs to get halfway healthy again. Our defense is decimated by injuries. In fact, Coach Saban stated that he has never had a team suffer so many injuries in one year. Grrr...

Hope we get to play each other!
