I went to High School in Montgomery County MD many many years ago.......
We had an female English teacher that sold pot and would smoke it in the teacher parking lot between classes....
never any hard stuff.....

I used to go to a Summer camp that was on the Wicomico River, but I don't think it was in Wicomico County.
I'm sure the camp stories could be easily modified to include Heroine, er, Heroin Snee.

In a totalitarian world, I’d suggest drug testing every teacher and student and see where the problem lies. But that’s kind of Duterte-ish and scary.
So, to get creative, how about seizing Monica’s pension (so sorry, union, too bad for you) and set it up to fund a mental health program for that school, seeing that those with emotional or home issues are more likely to use drugs (and drug diversion programs have a poor success rate). She can keep her social security for prison food. Instant message to any person educating our children that the penalties for poisoning children are severe.
