Hillary's Boomerang

The irony. So rich it could give you gout.

At a fundraiser on September 9, 2016, Hillary Clinton made a soul-baring gaffe. With uncharacteristic candor, she stated that half of all Trump supporters are a "basket of deplorables," that they're "irredeemable," as well as "racist, sexist homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it."

Naturally, with her epic lack of self-awareness (see What Happened book tour, 2017) and a blind spot about herself that rivals a covered wagon's, she said this adjacent to a banner pimping her slogan, "Stronger Together."

Because Hillary Clinton is all about the unifying.

I checked. Page 1 of How to Get People to Like You begins with the following sound advice: "Don't insult, belittle, demean, diminish, castigate, or otherwise excoriate people you want to like you."

Stands to reason.

And yet, if you're Hillary Clinton, apparently this helpful truism is much harder to glean when you have a steady stream of smoke being blown up your symbol for the Democratic Party. Accomplished as she is, the Queen of Pantsuits fell prey to the fawning sycophants surrounding her. You'd think the most qualified candidate in history would've figured out it was a bad idea to middle-finger middle America – but you would've thought wrong. Helpful truism, part 2: The only thing that rivals Hillary Clinton's bred-in-the-bone penchant for lies and corruption is her reliably flummoxed efforts to GPS a clue. She just doesn't get it.

This is sad. And astonishing. And hilarious. And exhausting.

If she keeps this up there will come a day when a mob carrying torches and pitchforks will chase her like Frankenstein’s monster into an old barn.

Sadly...Hillary Clinton is insane and incurable. Badly flawed person that she is, she cannot even be a decent Grandmother to her blood grandchildren.

Excellent read. Pennel Bird, a 2-time Obummer voter, also penned “How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love The Donald”. http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/10/how_i_learned_to_stop_worrying_and_love_the_donald.html

Hillary Clinton’s campaign was one of the most astoundingly bad efforts of all time. A complete, narcissistic “my turn” endeavor that was fun to watch. How anyone can be confounded as to why she lost is beyond me.

"Don't insult, belittle, demean, diminish, castigate, or otherwise excoriate people you want to like you."

The GOPe hasn't learned to refrain from whizzing on the voters either.

Comedian Bill Burr said Team Hillary losing was akin to a game where the opposing team threw 20 interceptions but she still managed to lose.

Team Trump would have gone down without Bannon.

Nice imagery, and thanks, especially, for not simply saying ‘Frankenstein’, the way most people would.

I, however, would prefer to see her slip beneath a well-place Godzilla foot-stomp...

It was as much fun to watch as a giant asteroid missing the earth by 400 miles. She came way too close to the presidency for my comfort. I agree that her campaign was an astoundingly bad "my turn" effort. The only major presidential campaign that was worse was that of Jeb "my turn also" Bush.

Ironically that was the matchup the would-be kingmakers had all scripted out for us.

IMO President Trump’s greatest accomplishment was clotheslining shill shrillary.

Everything else has been a bonus.

I still wake up every morning with a bounce in my step, knowing that it is Trump and not Hillary who is our president. Literally. I am not making this up. Every morning as I wait for the shower water to turn hot, I'm scrolling through tweets and Latest Posts from the night before.

Anything Trump actually does is a bonus. I don't let the negativity of the anti-Trumpers and the inaction of the GOP Congress get me down. It could be much, much worse.

Just think, if it went the other way, it would be Hillary that would be compiling names for her second Supreme Court appointment. This election made a huge difference in the history of the nation. Thank you PA, WI, MI and others.
