All are when nobody’s been actually charged or tried for. Innocent til proven otherwise still stands....what this is is character assassination because it works enough to take down politicians.....guilt or not isn't the issue "doubt" for the voter is.
This reminds me of Herman Cain and a number of other conservative politicians. Guy’s running for office, quick, manufactured sex scandal because that hurts them with conservatives. After he withdraws from the race or loses, accusers typically disappear. And if they’re proven false, no one even talks about it in the news, let’s talk about celebrity gossip instead.
