When I dug up a detailed breakdown on this type of stat a few months ago, I found a lot of fudging going on to downplay the number of Islamist attacks. The stat is also based on ignoring incidents such as Orlando, Mandalay Bay, the Dallas Black Lives Matter rally sniper attack on police, etc.
