He sent it to a lady his age . Wiener was sending pictures to minors. He didn’t break any laws, just his marriage vows. The lady who released those pictures may have broken the law if they were having an affair. If your having a relationship with someone it’s illegal to later release pictures of the person after. It’s called revenge porn, which is illegal in some states.
