...In a segment on Fox & Friends, host Pete Hegseth opened a discussion about trendy inverted decorations by linking them to the so-called war on Christmas, a rallying cry for some evangelicals and Republicans who argue politically correct culture is hurting American values. Hegseth wondered aloud whether having a traditional, right-side-up Christmas tree was part of those values and then asked Donald Trumps former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski what he thought.

Its like an upside-down world. Its like Seinfeld, the bizarro world. Like you can be a U.S. senator after groping people on a picture and nobody has any accountability for it, Lewandowski said. Thats what the upside-down Christmas tree means to me. I mean, its everything that is wrong.
He went on to say that he thought the Trump family would be keeping the White House Christmas treea 19-and-a-half-foot Balsam fir from Wisconsinright side up because they appreciate the countrys traditions.
Indeed, Trump has insisted, Were saying Merry Christmas again. But the upside-down tree is likely not an intentional assault on Christianity. Home decor website The Spruce explained in a blog post that the trend dates back to the 12th century, when people in Europe would hang the tree upside down to represent the holy trinity of the father, the son and the holy spirit. In more modern times, the upside-down Christmas tree has become popular in Poland.

If you dont want to participate in Christmas or Hanukkah or whatever your holiday is, you dont have to, but I dont even know what an upside-down Christmas tree means, Lewandowski said. I can be sure that the first family will not be turning their Christmas tree upside-down. They love this country and our traditions.

I dunno. Looks like it could use some sharks.
Given St. Paul’s silence on the upside-down-tree-shape front, I hesitate to disagree with Corey Lewandowski ...
Where, oh where, is the Memo?!?
I agree. I dont see anything insulting, political or Christmas-wise. Unlike libtards who see Trump everywhere and go far nuts into outer space.
Where is that located??
It has been displayed in different cities across the country.
I’d LIKE to believe that yarn about St. Bonafice, etc. Howcum “St. Nick is well known but this has been obscure for centuries? If I’d grown up with it, I’d believe it. But to pull that story out of some bodily orifice at THIS late date? I class this right along with the inverted, broken cross of the “peacenicks. A hate symbol by the godless left.
LOL. "Google it"... and you provide a URL that links, not to Google, but to Bing:
Microsoft wants you to use "Bing" as a verb ("Then bing it..."), just like "Google" became a verb.
Then again, you might be one of those folks who uses Puffs facial tissues but calls them "Kleenex"... :-)
any true evangelic Christian knows it ain’t the tree that makes it Christmas
hard for cats to climb an inverted tree hanging from the ceiling
Upside-down a great idea in a house with toddlers..
.
A graphics program and a hosting site like TinyPic. Easy Peasy.
Had to laugh when it said that lighted candles were on inverted trees. LOL! Sure way to set the tree on fire.
Maybe it was done that way only once and then everyone agreed it was a remarkably stupid idea and to leave the tree right side up when using candles.
Oh, great. Let’s argue about Filioque for another 1,000 years.
We’ll never forget the year Sachs had flesh colored candles on their mall tree that looked like penises. Yes, a dickmas tree right there in the mall. Unbelievable. Of course, it was in leftist Austin.
Hipsters ruin everything.
Hold on now! Since the author drug Seinfeld into this I'd like to point out that a Festivus Pole is the same right side up or upside down. Festivus can't be inverted or perverted. It's always perfect! ;^)
Youre the only one who gets it. This is just more MSM Trump hate spun out of an off-the-cuff comment.
