And with Lauer locking his door to keep women from escaping, how is that not kidnapping? Has anyone mentioned kidnapping?
Did the lock stop someone from getting OUT, or just prevent someone from walking IN?
I can see having a "do not disturb" lock installed. I have a hard time believing that the company would allow a lock to be installed that would prevent somebody from walking out of the office. At the least, that would be a fire code violation.
