EXCLUSIVE: 'No one wanted Megyn here, she was forced upon us (tr) LoL Alert
Daily Mail ^ | November 30, 2017 | CHEYENNE ROUNDTREE

Staffers at The Today Show have expressed their disgust and outrage at Megyn Kelly for her smug, self-aggrandizing display and insensitivity to her distraught colleagues in the wake of Matt Lauer's firing.

Insiders at the show told DailyMail.com that if she had a public comment to make she should have focused on the accuser and the Today team who are devastated by by the allegation surrounding Lauer and his firing, which came late Tuesday night.

Instead, Kelly used her platform on her show Wednesday to say: 'This one does hit close to home. I too have known Matt for a long time and he has been a friend and kind and supportive to me in my transition to NBC News.'

And later that day, at a media event in Manhattan, she hailed his firing as 'a sign of progress.'

Her Today Show colleagues are outraged.

'We work in an industry of egos but this is the most opportunistic thing we've ever seen,' said one staffer.

'We now have the highest paid person at NBC News hosting one of the lowest rating shows, and rather than being humble, she takes the first opportunity to take the spotlight and make it all about her and what she knew.

'Our team is hurting and the newest member of the team who is yet to prove herself is out and about making public comments that she truly has no knowledge of.'

All day members of the Today show were crying and distraught, staffers told DailyMail.com.

'But rather than sticking around and spending time with the staff, Megyn made sure she was the center of attention.

'No one wanted Megyn here, she was forced upon us and today reinforced why she will never be a member of the Today family.'

Full title: EXCLUSIVE: 'No one wanted Megyn here, she was forced upon us and today reinforced why she will NEVER be part of the Today family.' Staff are outraged at 'smug' Kelly and her insensitivity to colleagues over Matt Lauer firing

With Lauer out of the way, Kelly is now NBC's highest-earning host with a salary of $23million.

I don't know if anyone else has ever made so much money pissing off so many of her colleagues. At least she manages to bring liberals and conservatives together.

I predict that NBC will pay her to quit.

So female. We need to feel for the victims but we need to feel for the perp and we need to feel for ourselves because we lost a great (but flawed) human being but ultimately this is a victory for womyn so let’s feel gratified...

To many women, I think this sex accuser stuff is all fun and games until they see that they have the power to destroy people’s lives, not just the sleazy perp whom they’ve tolerated far too long, but the perp’s wife and children and dependants. Then they see the devastation and here come the tears. So what the hell did you think was going to happen? Oh, that’s right. You don’t think, you just feel.

I don’t know if I’m more disgusted with Megyn Kelly
and her dead horse kicking self promotion or her
snowflake, drama queen NBC libtard cohorts. I can’t
remember ever laughing and puking at the same time.

Megyn go put on your slinky, provocative dress and go trolling to see who else you can expose up there at NBC.

Well Sivad, I’m just rolling in the aisles on all of it. I hope all of them end up on the street, along with their Secular Progressive Capo bosses like Andy Lack. This is more about “wallet salvation” than damage control.”

Lauer looks like he’s pinching her ass in one photo

Yes pity poor Matt being picked on by Megyn

But they cheered her on when she tried it against Trump

Distraught?! Why are they distraught? By the fact that they let Lauer prey on so many coworkers for so long? Or that he was outted?

Is it possible that Megyn Kelly is the one that ratted him out?

This one does hit close to home.

What an odd thing to say when she's famously made sexual harassment accusations of her own.

Turns out, this was another Weinstein deal. ‘Everyone’ knew and it was just a matter of time. Like Lauer, the Hillary gang had accused Weinstein of being insufficiently supportive of Her Heinous.

Kelly may have been signed by NBC because they knew they were going to lose a high-profile personality.

Some here might not remember but a couple years back, Megyn was working for FoxNews and did some debate with the GOP presidential hopefuls at the time. There were candidates like Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and even John Kasich!

Anyway, right away, Megyn decides she is going to “go after” the big star of the bunch, a blonde-haired boisterous billionaire with the name of Donald Trump. She proceeded to get beat down so bad! It was like watching a nerdy high school kid trying to take on an NFL linebacker. I almost felt sorry for her.

Anyway, the old-timers might remember but the young folks here should be able to pull it up on YouTube.

Hummmm...every time the harassment bell rings, Me-again gets new wings.....

I think there’s a pattern in there somewhere.
