Why would anybody ever talk to a fed prosecutor? No talkee, no perjury. Think Scooter Libby, Martha Stewart.
They improperly but “legally” wiretap their political opponents. Then they prosecute you not for the conversation itself but for later “lying” to them about the subject matter. Stinks to the high heavens. If Flynn didn’t illegally “collude” with Russia this is nonsense.

Flynn and Trump were locked hand in hand during the campaign with Flynn frequently appearing at rallies and he gave a national security speech at the Republican convention. Mueller feels he has a treasure trove with Flynn spilling his guts on anything and everything regarding Trump. Any little misstep or conversation by Trump that could lead to a Aha moment will be investigated to provide info that the Democrats will use to demand impeachment. It’s Mueller’s “Gotcha” time while Hillary continues her crying tour.

The unmasking of Flynn was a real crime.
There is no collusion; Flynn was wiretapped in December and unmasked by Obama administration, then lied in January and was cut loose by Trump in February. Marie Harf says of course they were wiretapping Flynn, he was speaking to Russians about undoing Obama policy and that was outrageous!
And, by the way, Flynn’s pleading guilty plus his cooperation to get Trump will likely result in 9 to 12 months in a federal lockup compared to 60 years if he didn’t.

I don’t know how they could ever nail her on marking “false, fictitious and fraudulent statements” since they didn’t consider the interview with her important enough to actually document.
If the only charges against Flynn are based on lying to the FBI, then he is 100% useless as a witness in any legal proceedings against someone else.
I was never a fan of Flynn, and at this point in time my attitude is: Another criminal Democrat. Why would anyone be surprised?

Certainly not a crime. The incoming President's security advisor has every right to discuss the new President's foreign policy objectives with any country. They could hark back to the Logan Act, but that has never been enforced.

The Democrats ALWAYS have a plan B to destroy us / our country in case plan A doesn’t work. In fact, they have a plan C, plan D and plan E out there too. Worst case scenario? They stock the judiciary and schools, and in another generation they’ll just start the same crap up again, because they NEVER give up on their vision to destroy our society, our culture and our country.
