Everyone here would be absolutely shocked to find out how many SS disability people can actually work....but they don’t because SS disability pays more for doing Nothing. There are some that actually need it, but a large percent that is just lazy entitlement free shit army moochers.

Second, I believe there’s lots of fraud in SSDI, but I dont know how.
I had a pretty serious head injury and I was denied the first time and the medical papers and signatures and testimonies here in NYC needed for the judge to grant it (was on it for 6 years till a finally got well enough to work again) were pretty powerful.
About 2 years after the injury i showed up for court looking like hell and I was still grilled (fairly) about my condition.
He actually threw out the neuropathy part as baseless even though i was in agonizing pain from it. Dont blame it. You can’t prove neuropathy.
But the blinding headaches and trouble walking (at the time) among other things got me the SSDI.
Maybe it depends on where you live.

Then the VA disability system. I can't tell you of all the miraculous healing I've seen all because of a $3300 per month check.
Yeah, like my neighbor down the street that has a "bad back" and "PTSD" and is on disability, gets food stamps and an obama phone. But occasionally she'll ask me to give her a ride to her "off the books job" taking care of an elderly woman. Grr. She finally got the idea that I wasn't going to be her taxi cab when I always said that I'm not going in that direction.
I don't think people like you realize just how hard it is to get awarded SSDI. You seem to think that a person just walks into a Social Security office, says they're depressed or their back hurts, and they're cut a check right on the spot. That's not the way it is at all, and I know whereof I speak, because I have a niece who has been on it for 17 years. She was raped and consequentially developed schizoaffective disorder. Over the next year she was repeatedly involuntarily hospitalized for suicide attempts. Now she is stable but has to take three different powerful tranquilizing medications a day which means she falls asleep at least once a day. She also constantly talks to herself. If you can find anyone willing to hire her, she'll be glad to take the work at any legal pay rate since it's certainly more than the pitiable $745 a month check she gets.
