Israel has always been blamed for everthing, from 9/11 to AIDS, ebola, genocide against black people, etc you name it they have been blamed for it.

However it is in Israel interest to keep its enemies fighting each other especially while it's outside it's borders.

Also note that war makes for strange bedfellows.
