No it isn’t. Not to those who live in NY, NJ, CT and CA.

It’s a screw these 4 states and those who invest their money in developing real estate bill.

I know most freepers are happy about this tax "reform" but I look at the big picture....we are sacrificing long held and counted on deductions for what appears to be a quick payback....

but we have been fooled....we will never get these deductions back but they'll be very sneaky and bump up the tax rates....
