I definitely think it was just a dental issue. During his rally speech the other night, I could still hear it a little bit. I just chalked this up to the fact that if he did have an issue with a dental prosthesis then it may have been repaired or replaced since, which could lead to a slightly different fit and temporary difficulty with talking while adjusting to it. Regardless, it was slight compared to the Jerusalem speech, and the lefty theories about strokes and whatnot are obviously utter nonsense as he was absolutely on fire at the rally and as sharp as he has ever been. Same with the Jerusalem speech; while he had obvious speech difficulty near the end, it was clear that his thinking was not affected in any way.
This is much ado about nothing.
