You were discussing fishing v. golf. AB's Bama has some of the best with their Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Classic golf courses all over the state. Gorgeous and affordable....run by the state's employees pension/retirement organization, iirc.

No. I’m about 110 miles from Birmingham.
I do grow a lot of eggplant. One of my favorites veggies. I make Baba Ganoush, Moussaka and one of my favorites, dried eggplant chips in olive oil and salt. I dry them with the oil on so it dries too. Not as messy as it sounds. More like beef jerky eggplant.
Maybe my cookin’s not as good as a restaurant, but pretty yummy to me!
