Exactly. Those southern-girl pearls she wears might throw people off, thinking she’s a demure shrinking violet. Then she lets ‘em have it! When she came out with the “mind in the gutter” statement, I laughed so hard my husband came in running to see if I was OK.
She mentioned that what DJT said about Gillibrand was no different from what he had said about men. I sooo recall during the campaign when he mentioned someone — Cruz, I think — coming to him for money in prior years, and I believe the phrase he used was something like, “ He would have got on his knees if I’d asked him”. Way more explicit than what he said about Gillibrand. So he’s covered.
