Easily. In the primary, vote for the strongest challenger, no matter who or she might be.

If that doesn't work, vote for the Democrat in the general. Since that's a strongly Republican district, the Democrat should be easily beat two years later.

In two years, that democrat could affect voting rights, practices, etc., to the point of changing the dynamics of the next election. Never underestimate the depths to which liberals will sink, to get their own evil agenda moved forward.
