how does healthy people balance out the costs for the sick???.......OOHH, I get it...they are forced to pay for something they do Not use.
All the rate quotes for 2018 are done, since enrollment ended today. I don’t think they could raise premiums until then to make up for fewer enrollees.
They always time these sort of things at least a year after important elections. :(
