So stores are more likely to be robbed, as are patrons making purchases more likely to be injured or killed during such robberies.

That’s what they are hoping for.
I wonder if the ass hats are going to go around and enforce it? Maybe they could just say screw you, we are moving out.

Oh but it’s bigotry to create “food deserts” (areas without stores) based on unrestricted crime.

I’d say there will be a bunch of wrongful death lawsuits against the idiots who made this rule.

Just make sure that the penalties come out of their PERSONAL accounts, not that of the taxpayers.
