The MAIN REASON the Team Obama and his FBI, DOJ, etc., set out to undermine Trump's election is because THEY THOUGHT THEY'D ALL GO TO JAIL if Trump were elected.
This is the distinction here. They sought to AVOID prison for the crimes they had ALREADY committed under Obama.
