Well that would be a start. Long way to go, but at least it’s a shot in the right direction for a change.
Considering that almost all discussion of immigration for the 20+ years prior to Trump's election (even by most allegedly conservative Republicans) has focused on how to increase immigration quotas and how to legalize those here illegally, these small steps are already a vast improvement.
