Sounds like the Wall needs to extend north along the CA eastern border.
Anyone with a lick of sense that would live under that kind of mandate is gonna pack up and leave. Unfortunately, they bring their failed political beliefs with them wherever they land...kinda sucks.

Most of the counties in eastern Calif voted for Trump and have nothing in common with those on the coast separated by the wall of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Fortunately, any state with a lick of common sense will kick some serious butt to any and all parasites who plan to californicate any state that they chose to move into.
Assuming the existing California parasites have the initiative and means to move to another state which does not welcome indolent dope-dependent welfare guzzling baby-momma and illegal invader parasites.

My wife and I plan on moving to the Texas Hill Country when we retire (hopefully in the not-too-distant-future.)
The only thing from CA that we will be bringing are the license plates (which will be replaced within the first week of being back in God’s Country).
That and a couple of CA-satirizing routines for my comedy/music show that I have already started coming up with.
(But I understand where you’re coming from. I DESPISE most of the critters around here, but in a state with almost 50 million people, there’s still a few of us who are sane...)
Arizona just passed 7 million in population. California’s march to communism will certainly speed our progress to 8 million.
