And the look Hillary gave Huma indicated that Huma and Anthony are probably lucky that they haven't accidentally fallen and hit their heads on the corner of desks, shot themselves multiple times, gone to sleep on top of busy railroad tracks after having mumblety-peg accidents, been beaten to death (but not robbed) or spontaneously burst into flames (either at home or after losing control of a vehicle).

I looked at this panel more than you can imagine. A panel almost identical to this was in the Smithsonian for a while a decade or two ago.

When I used to do briefs for security, I used to tell the crew NOT to take pictures of classified anything but years after, I used to see pictures and info on the submarine message boards that were once very classified.

"They" made an example of a poor first class PO who took a few pictures with his cell phone. They tried to use the "Hillary" defense in that he did NOT INTEND..... IT didn't work.

Back in the day, in my service, ‘intent’ was never mentioned as any sort of defense against charges if I mishandled the classified information I worked with on a daily basis.

The emails weren't marked as classified, though investigators subsequently found classified material in some of the messages.

In my experience with classified documents they were never marked "Classified". They were marked "Confidential", "Secret", or "Top Secret", and some had additional markings for special handling.
