Not in the state of Florida, poor pitiful one.

As expected, when hit with reality that proves your a walking talking fallacy you turn your authoritarian loop on like a mind numbed robot. Like foamboy: Rubio.

I am a conservative committed to the Constitution and the law. If the law is changed under the constitution , I will support that. It wont be changed!!

Where is pot banned in the Constitution?

Again, I'm pretty sure you're just trolling here.

Why is murder not banned in the constitutions. I am talking about the law in strict compliance with the constitution. Changing your argument does not change the facts. Dope is illegal under federal law which totally preempts these state enclave laws passed by pot heads. They have no weight what so ever against federal prosecution which is now on its way.

the cases of lung cancer are in the millions from grass smoke.

I call bullshit. Let's see some proof.

I am totally astonished at the narcotics apologists on FR.

There are no such persons on FR. But there are big-government-lovers and false-fact-fabricators here; Really isn’t conservatism / In fact it is liberalism.

What part of the Constitution grants the federal government authority over within-state drug matters? Or do you agree that the feds have no such authority?

The Controlled Substances Act is not in compliance with the constitution.

I hate to bust your bubble but your dope in Florida violates federal law. Federal law preempts Florida law and the AG is now returning to enforce the law as he is sworn to do. Just be advised so you dont get surprised. ( again , I am stunned at the pot headed liberals here at free republic. How do they stand it? )

That is ,of course absurd and has been upheld by the Supreme Court 100s ,if not thousands of times in every controlled substance case to reach them. We don’t just deem laws unconstitutional at our keyboard. We are free to opine but not free to dispense with the actual numerous rulings by the Supreme Court to the contrary.

‘’There is no medicinal purpose of marijuana’’. Not true. It relieves nausea in chemo patients, stimulates appetite for them and helps to control epilepsy.

It isn’t a matter of dosage. THC , the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana is absorbed over time in the blood. A few puffs , two or three is often enough to relieve nausea in chemo patients or calm epileptics.

Sure thing, Foamboy.

I can’t believe how many nanny-state progressives that claim to be conservative are here at free republic.

For many people you are correct.

For others, a specific dosage does the trick.

“There is no medicinal purpose of marijuana.”

Demonstrably untrue, but only to those who are willing to see and reject a lifetime of propaganda.

“You just have sick people getting doped up so they cant feel anything.”

It can help pain, yes. It can be taken without being ‘dopey’. Someone can get enough opiates to kill several people for only a co-pay, but you can get thrown in jail and your life ruined for using a safer pain killer that never killed anyone.

“In fact, the cases of lung cancer are in the millions from grass smoke.”

You got that information where exactly?

The Controlled Substances Act is not in compliance with the constitution.

upheld by the Supreme Court 100s ,if not thousands of times

1. That's a stupid statement - the Court has assuredly not heard hundreds of Controlled SUbstance Act cases.

2. The Court has upheld abortion and gay marriage as rights - are those rulings in compliance with the constitution?
