Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigating Ivanka Trump in connection with a meeting that took place during the 2016 presidential campaign involving a Russian lawyer who reportedly had damaging information about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, The Hill reported Saturday.
Ivanka Trump, President Donald Trump's daughter, did not attend the meeting, but reportedly encountered the lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, at the escalator prior to the Trump Tower meeting where the two exchanged "pleasantries," a source told the Los Angeles Times.
Mueller is investigating any interactions between Trump's family members and associates in connection with Veselnitskaya and lobbyist Rinat Akhmetshin. Details of Ivanka Trump's interaction with the Russian lawyer and lobbyist were not previously known.

I think anyone called to be interviewed from here on should demand a subpoena to appear before a grand jury and then invoke 5th amendment and remain silent. Mueller would have to retreat or reveal his focus by offering immunity which either is blanket or transactional. He would never offer blanket so any offer of transactional immunity would reveal his specific focus.
