Mango chutney is a critical ingredient in the Red Dwarf chilli chutney egg sarnie; but I don't think this rises to something needing a special department of the federal government.

That stuff is made of inferior fruit, and often unripe.
The ideal variety, the Philippine carabao mango, is cut open when in the perfect state of ripeness, and eaten with care, with due ceremony, as a unique gift of the Lord.
