Good for him, sounds like the family had a good trip. Yes, that upsets some people. As to Seinfeld was spotted at Tel Aviv’s Hakosem restaurant — also a highly controversial site ever since Israel’s Channel 2 proclaimed it the best falafel place in the White City., white city is the buildings. Not sure why that's controversial.

I think France has a "Pink City", from the color of the building materials, too.

I worked in Andover, MA, and one of the history buffs said there's a White Shawsheen, and a Brick Shawsheen, leftover from a woolen mill company town. White ==> white clapboards/shingles ==> non-management, Brick ==> management.
