I had a 2002 Dodge Caravan that had 330,000 miles on it when I sent it to car heaven. I had few problems with it, and nothing major. Toward the end, it had some rust and some odd clunking sounds I wasn’t comfortable with. People who know about cars act like they don’t believe that I got it to last that long.

I read 300,000 miles is the norm for the Dodge Caravans. Whenever I get ticked off at my ‘05 Trailblazer I search for used Caravans.

We bought a used 92 Dodge Caravan, about 10 years ago. The paint quality was poor that year, but man, that van was a fantastic piece of machinery! Gave it to a family member. My husband wishes he still had it.
