The Senate leader can get the budget bill passed. The fact is that both the Democrat-Communists and the GOPe Chamberof Commerce devotees are holding out to get Amnesty. Eh, I say make ‘em squirm a bit. Dreamers stay in the bill if it includes annual drug testing for all Federal employees, including Congress and their staffers. It’ll never happen but it’d be fun to see how they would spin it.
