I really object to this photoshopping. For any faults Richard M. Nixon might have had, he was an honorable and patriotic American.
His main error was being overly loyal to his subordinates, who really let him down.
The media, who hated him, pushed the weak-kneed GOP “Leadership” to execute his presidency.

I doubt Schiff will do that because the Dems on the Intel Committee, including Schiff, voted against the release of the information to all members of the House. And Schiff is on record of being against its release to the public.

I am amazed that you don't comprehend the scope of this revelation and the real world consequences, e.g., the removal of top leadership in DOJ and the FBI, possible criminal indictments, Congressional votes on the various issues raised re the FISA process, lawsuits by those whose identities were unmasked, etc. Without knowing what is in the report, I find it hard to understand why you think the MSM can ignore it.
The possible shutdown of the government may in fact be a ploy by the Dems and the MSM to avert focus on the report. It is imperative that the report be released to the public. I am encouraged that Kellyanne Conway is advocating its release.
It is worse than Watergate - because the Pres.Obama was clearly involved/had knowledge. What was Watergate really? It was the Globalist Cabal taking out a less than co-operative president, using the MSM - Washington Post and NYTimes and the other news sources-especially the TV news.
There was no need for Nixon to bug Dem headquarters to win the election, he was headed for victory in a landslide, and the Globalists knew it.
In spite of his going along with the appointment of Kissinger, and going along with the plans for China they wanted him gone-maybe because he didn’t appoint Rockefeller to replace Agnew-for one thing-if he had, he might have been JFK’d. Schumer is making the same mistake the Dems made during the election .... underestimating Trump & assuming that Hillary (or in this case the ‘intelligence community’) would be the assumed winner and of course, Trump the expected loser. I’d say, the way things are shaping up recently (lots of sunlight exposing darkness that was thought would never come to light) and with the patriots who are stepping forward (Nunes, Gaetz, Jordan, etc.), that Trump is going to end up winning this ‘war’, too.
I understand the seriousness and the magnitude just fine. But tell me please how the MSM can be compelled to broadcast any of this? Their only way to compel them is though their pocket book. They could choose to run reruns of Capt. Kangaroo 24/7 and there s no law to stop them.

The MSM is not necessary in this day and age, we do not need to depend on them - they are not the only source and purveyor of what is going on in the country or the world. Look at all the crap they’ve been spouting about Trump - ridiculous stuff. They have not been reporting about the good things and progress Trump has made and it has happened anyway and BIGLY. People can be prosecuted, found guilty and go to jail without the MSM reporting on it - happens all the time, especially if you are a Democrat criminal.
The issue is do those who have the ability to hold the criminals accountable in the system of ‘justice’ (not the media’s job) have the WILL and intestinal fortitude to do it. That remains to be seen. The MSM can go jump off a cliff, for all I care - the news can still be found online and I suspect most folks get it that way. The idiots who listen to the drivel on CNN, etc. aren’t going to change their minds on Trump, the Republicans, wanting & believing Hilly can still somehow replace Trump as president. Trump is dismantling Obama’s “legacy” quickly - hardly a word in the MSM about it. I fully expect the MSM to ignore as best they can the criminal acts now being exposed and as they have in the past, try to explain those criminal acts away if they are forced (by ratings, everyone else is reporting it, etc.) to cover it.

I’m just stating that unless the MSM covers it then there is a large portion of the population that will never hear about it. The only new the low information voters get is from the MSM whereas folks like us live and breathe on info from all sources.
They weren’t compelled to cover the Lewinsky scandal. They tried to bury it. But alternative media forced them to cover it. If there is a major shakeup in the leadership of the FBI and DOJ along with indictments, how does the MSM ignore it?
Why does the MSM feel compelled to cover Trump’s tweets? Don’t you think Trump will use the bully pulpit to reveal what is happening?
Trump should hammer home every time he opens his mouth. He should also order the immediate de-classification and release of all documents on the matter.
As for the coverage of his tweets it fits their current narrative that he is unhinged and dangerous.
Trump should address the nation once the facts are in to explain what has happened. It would be riveting TV.
To boil my viewpoint down to brass tacks, I don’t think the issue is WHAT news is reported, so much as HOW it’s reported. Currently, there is very little reporting that is honest, fair, and accurate. Even if you somehow can get the media to cover it, as you want them to do, they will still put their twisted, Leftist, negative spin on it and if Democrats are involved, they will be spinning the most ridiculous excuses as to why it’s not a problem, issue or crime.
The only way to obtain ‘real’, objective news is to walk away from the Mainstream Media. I readily acknowledge this does not help with your ‘low infos’ who will remain glued to CNN, MSNBC, etc., even if they suddenly begin reporting WHAT you think they should be reporting. Because their ranks are thoroughly infiltrated with the Leftists, HOW they report what you want them to report will remain the same & the low infos will continue to be misinformed if not uninformed. At this time, I see no viable, timely solution to changing the “Media” itself as they currently exist.
