Those are your senators. You need to contact your Congressman in the House. The FISA memo is a House of Representative matter. I just left a simple request with my leftie Dem. rep Rick Larsen (WA state). "Please urge Representative (fill in the blank) to support the release of the FISA memo." Call your reps. 202-224-3121. Do it. Everyone, just DO IT.
