Yes, whenever there is the word "bombshell" in an article title, it pretty much guarantees that nothing will come of whatever is being reported. If there was some substance involved, maybe it wouldn't be necessary to add hype to the news with this overused word.

But maybe it will still be interesting to find out what is this memo they're talking about.
