Perhaps a little slow on the uptake, but this assurance might possibly mean that no matter if the d’Rats manage to shut down the government, it will make little difference to the majority of the population. IT WILL EFFECT OUR MILITARY FIRST RESPONDERS, and such; but not average US citizens. This is NOT a Weaponized shut down as BO’B used which was to hurt the average American Citizen.
