Exactly you can be sure what the President really wants is not the biased/racist vote buying system he inherited from the obama/jarret regime, but a fair merit based system.One that recognizes that half of the worlds eight billion people would like to come here and we can only take a few.

Those few have to be those who deserve to be here not just those who will give the dems a majority of votes. That's not a fair immigration policy.
