Yes,he does post occasional videos in favor of atheism but his ratio of anti-moslem to anti religion videos seems to be about 20 to 1.IMO his hatred of islam would be present even if he was a practicing Christian or Jew.

I personally have never watched any of his atheist videos,which can be easily identified by the titles.
