This will not be based on media coverage. Everyone knows exactly what the coverage will be. Do you think the coverage of NBCCBSABCCNNMSLSDWAPONYT and their thousands of minion outlets is going to be anything but their own propaganda? The “coverage” is irrelevant and should have no effect on strategy whatsoever because you already know that the coverage will be nothing but Deep State propaganda.

Coverage is irrelevant because you don’t have a free press, you have an owned-press. Nothing here is being done with coverage in mind. The propaganda is already baked in, and nothing about that will change.

This will stand on its own and people will read it for themselves. If coverage mattered, everyone would have hated Trump’s SOTU because the “coverage” was 95% extremely negative...but the “coverage” was irrelevant, just as it is here.
