That was Judge Contreras as I understand it. The judge recused themselves from the case before sentencing with Gen. Flynn.

Give it time. It has to play out. Recall the sentencing for Gen. Flynn was pulled back earlier this week. Mueller knows this is a dead duck IMHO. They are in full fledged retreat even before the Memo was released.
90 days was requested of the Court. Then a report should be filed. If there is a hearing at that time, it would be historic to hear the judge’s response.
