Key Points" that were released with the memo.
It states:
"The Memo does NOT undermine FISA Section 702: It has nothing to do with Section 702, which targets foreigners located overseas."
Exactly! The
FISC Court Order redacted and published by DNI Coats last year was about 702 abuses; the issues of Carter Page, etc., are critical but tangential. The fundamental questions remain in these regards. These matters involving illegal surveillance, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, etc., etc., etc., are what surrounds the underlying criminal activity that those things were employed.
The "
Key Points" also says:
"
In a last ditch effort to block publication of the HPSCI memo, Ranking Member Schiff issued a press release complaining about minor edits the Committee made to the memo.
The edits, implemented before HPSCI voted to make the memo public, included routine, minor technical changes and edits suggested by the FBI and by the Committee Minority themselves, respectively."
It seems the only sources & methods exposed by the memo are the sources & methods employed by the Democrats + IC + corrupt media.
Most people don't know the details of these things ... while there are numerous revelations in the memo, such as WHO IS the "named U.S. Person" for whom Steele was working? McCain? His confidant? Hillary? Obama?
Meanwhile Mueller's case has imploded ... or it's right on schedule. I still can't figure out if he's deep state stooge or leading massive sting? I'm still inclined to believe the latter, particularly with Flynn sentencing delay + Red Cross Counsel resigning yesterday ...

My guess on Mueller is that this may be the escape hatch that saves his reputation and hide. He should disband the investigation and drop the charges against all parties. Taking another road will only lead to an external investigation of his team which is obviously corrupted. He can lay this at the feet of Comey/McCabe and others and walk away a hero.
