Look it up. It is the county seat of Loving County. It is LITERALLY one of the most desolate places on Earth. Exactly where an East Coast Leftist would not want to go. Loving County does not have enough population to fill all the state-mandated offices. It is hot, remote and only has one or two paved roads in the county. There is no incorporated town. There may not be cell-phone service or cable TV.
