meaning that they are here illegally. In California illegals that are victims of crime or witnesses to crimes are given the right to remain in the country.
Not sure what your point is. That these girls are really lucky because they’ve been forced into sex for years that they might become citizens because of it? Not a happy ending for anyone. No pun intended
