Good question. I once bought a abandoned Catholic Church. Part of the contract was that the church remove the blessing from the building. A priest showed on the day of closing and went through a short Latin ceremony and said it was done. I took him at his word. Turned it into a house(flipped it) where I am sure there were some sins committed.

I would be leery of doing business with anyone wishing a blessing removed from a building.
