House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.; shown) says that there is evidence of collusion with Russia during the 2016 election — but it’s not with the Trump campaign. He told Fox News there is a “clear link” between Democrats and Russia. Both recently revealed facts and history show that he is correct in his assertion.

Former FBI Director James Comey’s memoir, “A Higher Loyalty,” will have an earlier release date than previously announced, publisher Flatiron Books said Wednesday.
The publisher noted that the FBI is under “intense scrutiny,” so it is pushing for an April 17 publication, instead of May 1.

Amid an “urgent conversation” about the bureau of investigation, Flatiron President Bob Mill and Publisher Amy Einhorn said there was demand for Comey to be heard.
According to the Comey, President Donald Trump had requested for a “so-called loyalty pledge” on Jan. 27, 2017, at a White House dinner, Fox News reported.

There's more evidence of collusion between team Clinton and Russia than there is of collusion between team Trump and Russia.

There is also evidence that team Clinton colluded with the British government since Christopher Steele was a British spy and all. How does the old saying go, "if you're caught or captured the secretary will deny all knowledge of your actions". Maybe he was an "ex-spy". Maybe he wasn't. Either way, he was still a foreign spy paid by the Clintons to meddle in our election.

Russian interference is Mueller’s exclusive jurisdiction to investigate. A second independent counsel could not have overlapping jurisdiction because of the prospect of inconsistent findings and action.

So, the more the Clinton/DOJ/Obama stuff gets tied to Russia, the less likely that a new IC will be named.
