Donald Trump had tremendous obstacles to overcome just by the power of the press alone. Then when we now realize the power of the DOJ, the FBI and the deep state, it is indeed a miracle he is president today. I think it’s a miracle that the powers that be didn’t just flat out kill him a la Seth Rich.

I fear for Trump every day. The Secret Service has been dirtied allot in the last decade and they are tasked to protect him.

The power of prayer. I believe God had written off the USA, as He did Sodom and Gomorrah. The 2016 election had thousands - maybe millions - of patriots praying 24/7 and that may have turned it around. A miracle, as you say.
