Oh? What about Hancock? What about Blade? What about Steel? (Okay, forget Steel: the movie was terrible. Shaquille ONeal couldn’t act his way out of a wet paper bag.) But what about Spawn? What about Catwoman? Doesn’t Halle Berry get extra credit for being both black and a woman?
And War Machine, and Luke Cage, and Black Lightning, etc.
Of course, the fact that he was black was immaterial. He just happened to be black, and they didn't act like it was a big deal. Amazing what happens when skin color is treated as unimportant.
