A 30 foot wall is no joke. It is like the roof of a three story building. Better than half of the people who fall from that height will die - the rest will be very badly hurt. Those stories will travel widely, and be on TV and in newspapers throughout Latin America. The Israelis have experienced great success with 25 foot walls.
Really, few people will even try a 30 foot wall. The Special Forces guys they got to test the prototypes had a real tough time with it - and had to stop the testing to get extra safety measures before continuing.
I had to train for Air Assault at the old Blackwater facility using a 30 foot tower and a rope just out of reach.
That was one of the hardest things I have ever done, taking that step off the tower onto the rope.
