Kidding aside, this is horrible. Its like Germany publishing “how to spot a Jew” articles. Of course the articles are going to be used for unruly gangs or mobs to target and beat up gay people. That probably is their purpose. Gay people should not have special rights but they should not be targeted for physical violence or be jailed simply for being gay. Gays in the US don’t know how good they have it.
