The staff for congressional candidate Randy Bryce announced their unionization, becoming the first campaign to sign a contract under the new Campaign Workers Guild.
Bryce is running as a Democrat for Wisconsin's 1st Congressional District the seat now held by House Speaker Paul Ryan, R.

So Demonrat campaign workers are now organizing. Good. Let them all unionize on the Dem side. According to this Bloomberg article, several Demonrat campaigns are being confronted with staff who want to unionize (Bloomberg is on the FR "do not post" list).
I thought they were already unionized under SEIU
Aren’t democrap campaigns already unionized? Don’t government unions get paid time to work for democrap campaigns?
Welll, I’d love to stay and stuff more envelopes....but the rules say you need to hire more volunteers.
Hope they pay them $15/hr too and give them lotsvof free stuuf. Walk the talk dudes.
Jeez, isn’t campaigning for a candidate volunteer work? How can you organize volunteers to start a union...(and with union dues, you will lose money!). I know I’m a teen, but am I wrong with that?
